Just purchased this controller at the starting of this month, since this product (Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller Pulse Red) is ' Not Returnable' in Amazon India. Updated both Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller and Intel Wireless Bluetooth using latest Windows update, still the problem persist. Microsoft Surface Laptop Firmware and Drivers 17.030.08 for Windows 10 64-bit. Updated Intel Wireless Bluetooth to the latest which is 22.50.0.4 Inbuilt wireless adapter Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz Updated controller's firmware, currently it's in Firmware version. Facing this issue from the day when it got deilvered.

The issue which I'm facing is my Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller Pulse Red keeps on disconnecting when plugged in via bluetooth to my PC, we are talking like five to six time disconnects every minute and every disconnect last around 5 to 6 seconds. Problem with my Xbox Series X Controller when connecting to my pc via bluetooth, my model is Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller Pulse Red, I've my old Microsoft Xbox One Wireless Controller - Sport Special Edition (Red) which when connectng via bluetooth doesn't disconnect or anything.
